FairEats is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants and delivery drivers. By using the FairEats platform at https://fair-eats.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. FairEats SMS Messaging Program
FairEats offers an SMS messaging program to deliver transactional notifications related to your food delivery orders. By providing your phone number during account registration at https://fair-eats.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from FairEats.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use the FairEats platform without opting in to SMS notifications.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from FairEats. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Changes to SMS Service
FairEats reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS messaging program at any time without prior notice.
